For families

When to apply.
What to expect.

Home-based families apply on a rolling basis — no intake window, no deadline. From a complete profile, Book 1 is typically delivered within four to six weeks.

Year-round.
No window required.

There is no intake season for home-based families. You can submit your child’s profile at any time. Once a complete profile is received, the build begins. Every book is built one at a time, in the order profiles are received.

Day one to
Book in hand.

Step 01
You complete the intake form
About 10 minutes. No clinical language. You describe your child — who they are, what they love, how reading has felt for them so far.
Day 1
Step 02
A story world is built around them
A complete series plan is written first — protagonist, world, accessibility decisions — before a single page of the book. Everything is designed specifically for your child.
Week 1
Step 03
Book 1 is delivered
You receive the complete Book 1 manuscript, formatted for your child’s brain, with a parent reading guide and a closing note written directly to them by name.
Weeks 4–6
Step 04
They ask for Book 2
When your child is ready, you reach out. Books 2 and 3 follow at whatever pace suits them. No deadline. No pressure. The series completes when they’re ready for it to.
When they’re ready

“Every book in this program is built specifically for one child. The timeline exists because that standard does not change based on demand.”

Are you a teacher or school? School cohort intakes run on two annual cycles with set windows. Separate information and timelines are available for educators and institutions.
